The user dashboard is the main home screen of the application that can provide a lot of important information.
The active incident desktop widget displays the number of any open incidents that were not scheduled and also provides how long those incidents have been open for.
Scheduled for Completion
This let us know when the current planned maintenance or deployment is scheduled to be completed. This can be used as a count down timer so you know when the window should be closed.
The pending notifications let you know when the next notification should be sent such as the start of a scheduled event or the completion of one. It will also let you know when you are late.
Closed notifications let you know how long it has been since the last deployment or incident occurred.
